I am trying to get a hold of you because I would like your permission to use one of your pictures for an invitation for a company event we are having. I am not a spammer. Please email me at jherrera@caliberpaving.com. The picture is a martini with olive black and white. Thanks.

Re: Comment Spam

"You" posted on my Tuna Pad Thai, which, by the way, is a great recipe.

http://sugar-n-spiceandever...

I don't know why, but the spam filter seems to collect a majority of spam on that post.

Re: Comment Spam

Hi, this is the one I got. I just got the following spam message on my blog - realised it was spam as the site name and email address didn't match (picture attached).

Re: Comment Spam

Sure enough, one of the blogs I manage got exactly that but the comment spam never went public. I knew right away that Rick was highly unlikely to be the real spammer and we have had a good conversation about it. These spammers have reached a particularly low level of low, and all because they didn't like being exposed. Their response reveals that any doubt about how slimy they really are is understated. This proves they are even worse than originally anticipated.

Let the buyers of link building services beware!

Re: Fuji X100: How to Add Leather Case & RRS Body Plate

Where did you get that black filter on your x100?

Re: Fuji X100 Panorama

Beautiful shot. I needed to, to satisfy my curiosity since I enjoy using Eye-Fi cards. That said, while it works I can't recommend the contraption since it is very delicate and prone to getting unplugged.

Going forward, the most satisfying result using Eye-Fi cards is with a "connected" camera like the new Canon G1X which has built-in controls for the card and an indicator to let you know images are actively uploading. I have a Fuji X100 and while the image quality is stunning, it is a hassle to keep waking the camera from sleep mode to continue uploading. The alternative is to keep the camera from going into sleep mode at all.

Re: Canon 7D + WFT-E5 + Eye-Fi Wifi SD Memory Card

awesome... do you have any follow up for this? I am very interested in trying this as well. the photos just automatically go from the 7D -> WFT-E5 -> USB extension -> Eye-fi card reader -> eye-fi card ? it seems odd that they would just end up there.

Re: Fuji X100: How to Add Leather Case & RRS Body Plate

this is good setup.. ihate to open my case when i want to use my tripod...

especially near water spash :)

Re: Disqus to Google Spam Report via Chrome Extension?

Grate and nice post, thanks for sharing !!!!!...

Re: Disqus to Google Spam Report via Chrome Extension?

shared in facebook!

Re: Disqus to Google Spam Report via Chrome Extension?

Who likes??

Re: Fuji X100: How to Add Leather Case & RRS Body Plate

Thanks for the comment!

Yup, the lens cap does impede the flash but I use it infrequently enough that it isn't an issue. Removing it only takes a second and since there is a UV filter on the lens it remains pretty well protected.

Re: Fuji X100: How to Add Leather Case & RRS Body Plate

"The only downside I see to the lens cap is that it obscures the flash but it is easily removed"..
